This year we joined the Ridgefield ARTWALK in its 11th year. Though I take to painting ​traditional objects... this year I leaned into my small collection of “A Little Bit of ​Abstract” and pulled out the most colorful painted canvas I had available to fill the ​front store of “THE TOY CHEST’.


It was an amazing and fun experience as children spilled in and out of the store. The ​colors fit it just right with the small business owned for the past 30 years by Ann ​Lathrop. Feeling like a child myself, I was able to enjoy this experience with the ​towns people, as well as friends, and family who visited from other areas of ​Connecticut.


I do hope the following photos brings a smile to your face as the memory of them will ​always bring to mine. Thanks again for visiting maisonaveARTS.
